Delivery & Collections

Overview

• Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday, between 10am and 3pm.
  We deliver to Cowbridge, Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend, and surrounding areas, see below for specific areas covered. Delivery fees start at £5 and will be calculated at checkout based on the address provided.

  While we’ll always do our best to meet preferred delivery times, exact timings cannot be guaranteed. If we can’t meet your request, we’ll contact you to confirm an alternative.

• Collection from our unit just outside Cowbridge is available Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 3pm. We’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

• Next-day orders must be placed by 12 noon the day before.
  Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays and do not deliver on these days.

Delivery Complications

No one is home

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

• We will follow any safe place instructions you provide at checkout or when making your order.

• If no instructions are given, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place we believe is suitable (e.g. porch, shed, side gate).

• A note will be left to confirm where the flowers have been placed.

• If no safe place is available, we will let you know. The flowers will be returned to our unit and you will need to arrange collection or pay for redelivery.

Once flowers are left in a safe place or with a neighbour, responsibility for them passes to the customer.

Business Addresses

For offices, schools, hospitals etc. flowers will be left with reception or staff if direct handover isn’t possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We will do our best to resolve matters like this but we will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or missing address details. Please provide us with as much accurate information about the delivery address, access requirements, special directions etc. Some examples of failed deliveries we have experienced in the past have been due to remote locations, unsigned houses, security gates with no intercom, incorrect postcodes.

Delivery Coverage

We will happily deliver to the following areas and postcodes, subject to availability in our diary Each area will carry a different delivery fee and this is based on mileage and time to deliver. We want to keep delivery costs reasonable but delivery fees will become more expensive the further from Cowbridge we have to travel and if there is likely increased traffic such as central Cardiff.

The delivery fee will be automatically calculated online when you complete the delivery address, or will be quoted to you when placing an order on the phone or via email.
