Order Terms & Conditions
Please see below for our terms and conditions when ordering with us. We’ve kept them straightforward so you know exactly how we work, what to expect with your flowers, and how we handle things like cancellations or special requests. They’re here to help with understanding and to make the whole process clear and simple for everyone.
Size Guide
Sizes are for guidance only. Each bouquet is hand-made, so dimensions may vary slightly.
Small: Approx 45cm high, 35cm wide.
Medium: Approx 50cm high, 45cm wide.
Large: Approx 60cm high, 50cm wide.
Extra Large: Approx 70cm high, 55cm wide.
Flower Selection
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the flowers supplied will differ from those shown in photographs or examples. Images are for size guidance and inspiration only. Every bouquet is made to order using the best flowers available from our growers on the day.
Special requests for colours or flower types should be provided when you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate them, but this depends on seasonal availability and your chosen budget.
If your request is very specific and substitutions would not be acceptable, you must call us before placing the order or at least 2 working days before delivery or collection to discuss options.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value where necessary.
Refunds & Cancellations
We order flowers fresh from the wholesaler for each order, therefore:
Orders cancelled less than 2 working days before delivery or collection are non-refundable.
Orders cancelled more than 2 working days in advance will be refunded in full.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.
Damaged Flowers
If your flowers arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, providing photographs where possible. On the basis there is no dispute of the issue, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delivery & Collection
Details of delivery areas, charges and collection times are set out in our Delivery & Collection Information. While we will always try to meet preferred times, exact timings cannot be guaranteed.
Care After Delivery
Once flowers are delivered or collected, responsibility for their care rests with the customer. Guidance on getting the best from your flowers is available widely online, but you can always ask us, please just get in touch for advice.

By placing an order with us, whether online, by phone or in person, you agree to these terms.
